Euodias David- Luther studied law at the University of Maiduguri and the Nigerian Law School. She was called to the Nigerian bar in the year 2009. She was in private Law practice for a period of over 8 (eight) years and she is presently a Magistrate with the Taraba State Judiciary.

She is a member of the Magistrates Association of Nigeria (MAN), Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA). Her hobbies include reading and volunteering.
